We represent acquirers, sellers and advisors, in local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. We act for Thai and foreign clients on corporate transactions of all kinds, including private equity investments and mergers and acquisitions of companies engaged in activities across the full breadth of the Thai economy. We also assist Thai companies on their investments in other countries in Asia and elsewhere.
Corporate Advisory
CICS provides a full and wide array of corporate and business services to clients. We serve as general counsel for corporate entities and represent them in all legal aspects of corporate matters starting from setting up of a limited company to the liquidation. Our general corporate practice is broad and often intersects with closely related practices, particularly tax, corporate transactions and securities.
Litigation and Arbitration
CICS provides comprehensive litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution capabilities. Our lawyers are experienced in handling litigation before the courts of Thailand. We are also experience in arbitration and in alternate forms of dispute resolution. We assist clients in the negotiation and preparation of arbitration clauses in contracts, the evaluation of comparative costs of different kinds of arbitration and representation in connection with enforcement or annulment proceedings following an award.
